JCT Festival Transport Refund & Cancellation Policy

We get it — plans change sometimes. Here’s how we handle cancellations:

• Full Refund (100%) – Cancel 5 or more business days before your bus departs, and you’ll get all your money back.

• Partial Refund (50%) – Cancel 2–4 business days before departure, and we’ll refund half your booking.

• No Refund – If you cancel within 48 hours of departure, we can’t refund, as your seat, bus, and driver are already locked in.

• If the festival itself is cancelled – We’ll refund 80% of your ticket price (we keep 20% to cover pre-booked buses and admin costs).

• Need to change your ticket? – You can transfer your ticket to a friend or change your date (if there’s space) as long as you let us know 3+ business days before departure.

We’ll always try to work with you to make sure you’re looked after, but these rules help us keep buses running smoothly for everyone.
